2. DyLight® conjugated secondaries
DyLight® conjugated secondary antibodies
provide high performance fluorescent conjugates
for immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry,
ELISA, and flow cytometry. They are useful in both

3. AP
Alkaline phosphatase (AP) conjugates are
commonly used as secondary detection reagents
in ELISA, immunohistochemistry and western blot.
4. HRP
Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) is a rapid and
stable enzyme commonly used as a detection
reagent in immunoassays such as western blot,
immunohistochemistry and ELISA. We offer high
quality HRP secondaries that includes antibodies
against diverse species and their isotypes as well
as fragment and pre-adsorbed forms.
5. Veterinary secondaries
Secondary antibodies against more than 31
species for veterinary research including guinea
pig, horse and bovine among many others. This
includes conjugates to diverse molecules such as
HRP and FITC.
6.Biotin
We offer biotinylated secondaries to use with
avidin or streptavidin based methods such as ABC
or LSAB. Avidin or streptavidin form strong
complexes with biotin providing high signal
amplification due to the large binding capacity of
biotin (up to four molecules of avidin or
streptavidin).
7.Secondary antibodies for immunoprecipitation
Our secondary antibodies for immunoprecipitation
avoid detection of contaminating heavy and
light chains during immunoblotting. Find out more
about Veriblot (for proteins smaller than 30 kDa) or
light chain specific (for proteins larger than 30
kDa) secondary antibodies to eliminate these
problems, and the extra work associated with
covalent antibody immobilization.
8.Fragment antibodies
F(ab) and F(ab’)2 fragment secondary antibodies
conjugated to diverse enzymes and fluorescent
molecules including HRP, biotin, and Alexa Fluor®
dyes. Fragments are smaller antibodies especially
useful in immunohistochemistry due to their ability
to penetrate tissues more efficiently.
9.Pre-adsorbed antibodies
Pre-adsorbed (cross-adsorbed) secondary
antibodies have gone through an extra
purification step to eliminate antibodies that may
cross-react with other species, minimizing
non-specific binding and high background. We
